NDIS Registration
Making the leap to being a registered provider is an exciting time. We can support you though the process to ensure you’re registered for the correct registration groups for the services you’ll be delivering and your required documentation is fit for purpose for approval.
NDIS Audit preparation
Whether you’re preparing for a Verification Audit, Midterm Audit, Certification Audit or you’re not sure which audit you have coming up we can support you through the maze of NDIS audit requirements to ensure the process is as calm as possible.
We can conduct a desktop review mini audit 6 months prior to your audit so you’re aware of any gaps that need to be rectified prior to your audit day.
We can work with your team and support them in what to say during the audit interview process, so the auditors know the amazing work your organisation is doing.
Documentation development
Whilst you don’t need quite as many documents as the image on the left you do need to be able to evidence the great work you’re doing and how it aligns to the NDIS Practice Standards and Quality Indicators.
We can conduct a document review and let you know if you’re on track for audit and where your gaps are. If you’d like our help we can update your documents for you so they’re audit ready.
We can also supply you a suite of ready to go policies and procedures that can be customised to your organisation to ensure they are fit for purpose.
Internal Audits
Internal audits are a requirement under standard 2.3 Quality Management but more often than not they aren’t a priority or well understood by organisations.
To ensure you’re on track with your internal audit schedule we can either teach one of your employees what’s required or conduct your internal audits for you.
